PILC's qualified Adaptive Technology Trainers provide services to consumers who are blind or have low vision through a partnership with Texas Commission for the Blind. Consumers can utilize our computer lab and qualified staff, as part of a job readiness program, to learn or improve typing and computer skills using the latest in software technology and other adaptive devices for the visually impaired. Computers are also available for recreational computer games, making greeting cards, and e-mail correspondence.
